By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.
YES AND NO
• YES: OC X canon / Canon X canon, furries, SFW, suggestive,
• NO: old people, Gore / NSFW, problematic ships / stuff, real people / animals.GENERAL
* Send me references (including character sheets, preferably in a google doc) please be transparent on what you want such as poses or clothing, where it takes place if possible.• Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)
• My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in Al datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
• Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.• You receive 2 free revisions. Additional revisions cost $15 CAD each, paid before I continue.Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.• The maximum for amount of characters added is 2 characters.!! It’s one slot per person NOT per piece (FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS! NOT FOR YCH COMMISSIONS! To prevent burnout; only Custom Commission follow this rule but YCH commissions are exempt from this rule) !!
PAYMENTS & FEES:
• No refunds after the artwork is finished.• All payments are upfront in full or 50% upfront through the agreed platform.
• Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.
• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 CAD*applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
• If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 CAD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 CAD)REVISIONS:
• Revisions are only available during the sketch phase. Any change after Sketch Approval/Delivery will be charged $10-$50 CAD depending on complexity.
• Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY;
• Commissions may take up to 3 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters. I will keep you updated if delays occur.
• if you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 CAD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.BLACKLIST POLICY:
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
• Print the art for yourself.
• Post it on Social Media with credit to me"@Kauli01".You may NOT:
• Use the artwork commercially without permission.
• Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
• Remove signatures/watermarks.
• Resell or redistribute the artwork.
• Modify the artwork without my consent.
• Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
